Candidates must be graduates of an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree in the arts, sciences, or commerce.
Computer Knowledge: Applicants must have completed at least six months of coursework toward a diploma or certificate in computer proficiency from an institution approved by the government. They must also be adept at using the Internet and basic computer programs like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Age Requirement: As of January 1, 2024, the candidate must be at least 21 and no older than 40.
Age Relaxation: Fr OBC/MOBC candidates, the upper age restriction is lowered by three years; for SC, ST(P), and ST(H) candidates, it is lowered by five years; and for PwBD applicants, it is lowered by ten years.
Note: The matriculation/HSLC Admit Card will be used to determine the candidates’ maximum age.
